Housing Equipment Rental, Studio Rental, and Production Services, Studio 12th exists to help bring your ideas to life — whether you’re rehearsing for Sunday, creating content, recording music, or delivering a live creative experience.

We understand what it feels like to carry a vision on the inside but not have the right resources, space, or support to fully cultivate it. Too often, great ideas are limited by lack of access — and that’s where Studio 12th comes in
